Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high volume periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:
United States: 3 to 7 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Cumpanion is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.
Cumpanion is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at hello@cumpanionbox.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Cumpanion is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@cumpanionbox.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you properly.
