At Cumpanion, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@cumpanionbox.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene, personal care, and product safety reasons, certain items are non returnable.
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used items
Personal care products
Customized or personalized products
Sale items
Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the best option is to request an approved return first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
